French-language cohort – for allophone and youth people who need to improve their knowledge of french in order to find and keep a job

The innovative aspect of this project is to allow a cohort of 20 young anglophone and allophone participants from visible minorities to follow a program within one of the work integration social enterprises on the Island of Montreal.
The project duration has been extended to 40 weeks to include a French-language component, enabling participants to immerse themselves in a French-speaking work environment and fostering intercultural connections among youth from diverse backgrounds.
