Habiletés requises :
- Diplôme d’études collégiales en travail social ou en éducation spécialisée
- Expérience en milieu d’apprentissage ou de formation continue
- Autonomie, dynamisme, esprit initiative, leadership et travail en équipe
- Connaissance du milieu des entreprises d’insertion socioprofessionnelle un atout
- Permis de conduire un atout.
